ICC chief-executive Malcolm Speed's speak, "We want to make absolutely sure players are free from banned substances." is worth of a 'Test' by itself.

'Cricket' to be "A Universal Religion", such a stringent measure by ICC should be welcome by one and all, provided such actions are taken with true and ethical professionalism that should leave no scope for the slightest eyebrow-raising and must be absolutely free from bias of any sort.

Let's all remember, we have to take the 'Vital Responsiblity', of 'Defining' all the 'Ethics and Culture' of that 'Universal Religion' that "CRICKET" is, that shall facilitate the 'Dawn' of 'Universal Peace' in this 'Intolerant and Terror-Phobic' world.
